🏓✨ We Held a “First-Time Pickleball Experience” Event!
At Live Square,
we held a “First-Time Pickleball Experience” event
from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Each experience session lasted about 10 minutes,
and approximately 350 people joined us throughout the day😊
The event was operated by
8 members of the Sendai Pickleball Organization.
We set up
one full pickleball court,
as well as three additional nets
for short practice activities.
Participants were able to try things such as:
・hitting the ball with a paddle
・dink shots
・short rallies
🏓
Many families with children joined us,
and it was wonderful to see
people of all ages enjoying pickleball together.
We were also very happy to have
some of our regular Sendai Pickleball Organization participants
come and watch the event.
On the main court,
we also played short demonstration games
so visitors could see
what an actual pickleball match looks like.
We hope this event gave many people
their first taste of pickleball
and made them think,
“I want to try it again!”
or
“I’d like to play more next time!”
Thank you very much
to everyone who participated
and everyone who came to watch😊
